Product specific operation steps: 1. Open the package, take out the host and its accessories, and place them on a table or solid surface, do not put them on the carpet. Connect the power cable plug and power on. 2. Prepare a plastic foot bath and add tap water (please add enough warm water to soak your feet). Put the foot bath in front of your chair for foot bath. 3. Insert the ion head plug into the correct ion head jack and put the ion head into the water in the basin. 4. Insert the belt plug into the correct belt jack, and tie it in front of your waist or other suitable position, adjust the tightness according to the personal comfort, and tie it well. 5. Plug the wrist strap into the correct wrist strap jack and strap it around the user's wrist. (We recommend that you always plug the wrist strap into the jack.) Make sure the metal of the wrist strap is snug against the skin of your wrist. Note: This machine can be used by two people at a time. If the number of users is only one, all that is needed is an ion head connected to system A or B, a wrist strap, a belt, and a pair of patches. 6. Insert the physiotherapy patch plug into the correct physiotherapy patch jack on the left and right sides of the machine, and stick it in other suitable positions on your shoulders or back, choose a good position according to your personal needs, and stick it firmly on the skin. 7. Start the machine, please press the power key to start the power supply of the machine. 8. Press the MODE key to select the detox mode and press TIME to select the working time, and then press the START/STOP key to start the machine (mode 1 is the detox mode). 9. Press the BELT button to start the heating function of the belt, and press again to select the heating mode low, medium and high. (The third gear is the highest). If you feel that the top temperature is too hot, select the middle or low 10. Select the detox working TIME by time. A session lasts 30 minutes. You can do two sessions at a time for 60 minutes (that is, 60 minutes of detoxification a day). 11. Press the ON/OFF button to open the physiotherapy patch function, and press the button to increase or decrease the working intensity of the physiotherapy patch. Please increase the physiotherapy intensity according to your personal ability. 12. Now that the machine is working and all the accessories are connected, you can put your feet in the water and press the START/STOP key to start the detox function. The warm water in the foot basin should be 3 to 4 inches above your feet. Make sure the ion head is in the water of the foot basin and properly connected to the ion head jack of the machine. Make sure the wrist strap is properly placed on the user's wrist, with the metal part snug against the moist skin. Also make sure that the working hours are set correctly, the belt is tied around the waist and connected to the machine, and the work is turned on and the heating mode is selected. Finally, make sure that the working mode of the detox is Mode 1 for daily detoxification. Once you have done the above steps correctly, you can relax your body and enjoy the process of detoxification.
